This statement concerns personal data sent by the user when registering with the site su www.lordbyronhotel.com.
In order to send a booking or availability request or to ask for further information it is necessary to Hotel Lord Byron with certain pieces of data.
Personal data collected by means of this procedure of registration with the services offered by www.lordbyronhotel.com shall be stored in an electronic database owned by Vintage Hospitality S.r.l. (Hotel Lord Byron), whose registered office is located in Rome (Italy), via Giuseppe Notaris, 5. Hotel Lord Byron will be the proprietor of such data and responsible for its processing, in compliance with Italian Legislative Decree 196 of 2003; therefore, the services of www.lordbyronhotel.com shall be provided exclusively to those who require them explicitly and authorize Hotel Lord Byron to carry out the processing of their personal data.
