Verde Pistacchio is a modern gelateria with an old tradition. They studied and created their recipes with the Fassi family, a worldwide institution in the artisanal gelato industry.

The mission is to transform the gelato world, from the tasting carrying on throughout a real sensory experience where design and creativity make the gelato taste even better. Learning how to make gelato is a fun experience at every age, all year round.

The workshop turns people into real gelato makers for a day, giving them the opportunity to closely follow and learn every step of the process.

The store/lab is easy to reach and to propose as a part of a broader tour. It's walking distance from main historical sites such as Quartiere Monti, Piazza delQuirinale, Piazza Venezia, Via del Corso, and many other places of interest.
